It all begins with the need to transfer knowledge or change a behavior. Maybe you want to launch a training program or certification, and don’t know where to start. Perhaps formal training isn’t always the answer. I help my clients facilitate discovery intake meetings to freely explore and investigate project requirements. I then make recommendations on training solutions that fall in line with your strategy and budget.

Blueprint

Once the project scope has been mapped out and agreed upon by all parties, I draft a design document, or blue print, that outlines:

• Course information

• Course learning objectives and outcomes

• RACI chart

• Lesson topics and format

• Learning resources

• Activities and assessment

• Development roadmap

• Names of test learners or audience
