NEEDED CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR:
Recruiters needed a way to educate interviewers and hiring managers on fair, legal, and equitable hiring practices.
LEARNING SOLUTION:
I created two role based interviewing certifications. Each course is an hour in duration, and includes module quizzes, a 30-point test, and a post course survey.
RESULT:
The quality of scorecards improved. There’s been less unprofessional language included in scorecards. Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters have experienced better communication with Hiring Managers. Hiring Managers are better prepared before contacting the Recruiting Team to open up a requisition. Glassdoor ratings and reviews have been positive.
